The fiber manufaturer's classroom trainings are supposed to be complemented by Learning Videos. That is done by digital knowledge management.
Fiber is a complex product. To make sure that buyers get the right product, profound technical Know-How in the distribution is neccessary.
To train this know-how, Lenzing AG decided to use a blended-learning concept by NeuKurs, which makes continuing education at the "Interface with clients" possible.
Collecting, arranging and saving expert knowledge
Together with productspecialists of Lenzing AG, NeuKurs collected product-know-how in all relevant departments.
This knowledge was in the matrix devided into small packages and sorted by topic, goal and audience. Each package got an assignment, a goal, a group of users, an application environmet and a label.
This kind of knowledge management saves essencial know-how and can actively be deployed.
Microlearning Hero for Lenzing
Learning research primarily recommends one methodical instrument: Repitition.
The repitition of knowledge leads to profound learning. It works the same way with biking and softwareprogramms.
A second recognition is that emotions are in the context of learning not to underestimade. People carry and communicate knowledge at best authentic and thereby credible.
